What are your business hours?

Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM. We’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Email inquiries are answered within 24 hours, even on weekends.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Seattle?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available for in-stock items within the Seattle metro area (Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kent, Tukwila and other surrounding cities) when orders are placed before 2:00 PM. Delivery scheduling depends on route availability.

How do I apply for a PSE rebate?

Simply add eligible equipment to your quote request or call us at (425) 448-5018. As a participating PSE Foodservice Instant Rebate distributor, we handle all the rebate paperwork for you. The rebate is applied instantly at purchase – you pay the discounted price upfront with no waiting for reimbursement.

Can I pick up equipment from your showroom location?

Absolutely! Same day pickup “will-call” is available for in-stock items Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM. We recommend calling ahead to confirm item availability and have your order ready. Free parking available.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we are partnered with professional installation service providers throughout the Puget Sound region. Their certified technicians handle gas, water and draining connections, electrical hookups, equipment removal, and staff training. Installation quotes are provided upon request.
